FISH FRY at Bluffers Park Marina..Toronto

To All
Thank you very much for your past support. Our 18th Annual Charity Fish Fry at Bluffers Park Marina is on Sunday 31st July2005. Last years event raised over $12,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society.
This one day event is open to the public and features food, live entertainment, raffles and childrens activities for a donation to the cause. We have been lucky in the past years to receive media coverage from local press, on site radio interviews and City Pulse News. It is a day of fun and we invite you to join us.
We do not have an operating budget, and rely soley on the generosity of many private and corporate donators, volunteers and entertainers. Every dollar that is raised at this event goes directly to the Cancer Society. The number of people attending grows each year making it more difficult for us to come up with the resources to maintain this wonderful day for the many families who look forward to joining us.
If there is anything your organization could do to help with our events success, would greatly appreciate it. We would be willing to discuss sponsorship or if you would prefer, donations in the way of food or snacks, raffle or silent auction items as well as handouts or giveaways for our guests, young and old alike. Your generosity will be acknowledged on our sponsorship board at the event. Any banners or logos you would prefer us to use would also be displayed prominently. Please consider this worthwhile fundraiser. Without thesupport of local business we could not hope to continue the success we have had in the past.
Should you require any further documentation, please contact Brian Wilson at (416) 267-8379. With your help, we do believe Cancer can be beaten!
Thank you for your consideration.
